Founded in 1978, the company has been offering direct care services to a steadily growing number of patients. The constantly increasing customer base and the need to support its medical staff have caused The Medical Team to leverage new digital tools.
The company chose AgileEngine to develop a number of mobile apps and web-based systems for its in-house use to optimize business processes.

The Medical Team worked with AgileEngine on solutions that help track and store patient data, gather patients’ requests and feedback, process documents, manage schedules and workflows, and much more.
The ultimate goal of these solutions is to optimize business processes and save more time on what really matters — taking care of patients.
Deliverables
- Developed the Client Portal that enables scheduling and invoice management and provides real-time news updates relevant to each patient
- Developed the Employee Portal that supports scheduling, document management, and knowledge assessment (via quizzes) and features a newsfeed
- Developed Task In Hand, a web portal for task and invoice management used by the clients and employees of The Medical Team
- Developed Time Scheduler, a web application that helps determine optimal schedules for employees based on their availability
- Developed Task In Hand, a cross-platform mobile app that improves employees’ performance in facilities through scheduling, task management, and calls via Twilio
- Developed Connect, a scheduling, task management, and e-forms management app for employees working outside the facilities
- Developed PATMobile, a native iOS app for employee coordination
- Developed a cross-platform mobile app for e-document tracking and management
- Developed the messaging portal Field Link
Business outcomes
Our collaboration with The Medical Team lasted from March 2011 to October 2018. Over this period of time, our experts built multiple web-based systems and mobile applications for iOS and Android.
