What will you do?
- Establish and grow sourcing channels: Recruiting Agencies, Posting, Referrals, Sourcing services
- Work with Inbound LeadGen channels (job boards, social media, website etc)
- Work closely with Recruiting and Marketing managers to achieve business goals
- Do market researches & analysis
- Generate new ideas for leads pipeline
What is required?
- Experience of work with KPIs is a must
- At least Intermediate level of English
- Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
- Being proactive and take ownership for your work
- Attention to details
What will be a plus?
- Knowledge of IT recruiting/sourcing processes
- Knowledge of custom software development processes
