What is required?
- Strong technical background
- User support experience
- Windows, Linux, Mac OS system administration
- Good troubleshooting skills, ability to perform HW and SW maintenance and diagnostics
- Jira and Google Suite administration (users management)
- Networking knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, accurate and responsible attitude to work
- Strong Intermediate English

What you will do:
- Provide support to users and solve problems to minimize system downtime and loss of productivity
- Provide assistance, information and support to users to solve reported issues, install software and tools, manage general administrative issues and prepare summary reports
- Complete set-up activities for computers, printers, multifunction devices, audio-visual equipment and other ICT systems in line with Service Level Agreements to ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Employees support, resolving software/hardware issues in a friendly and customer-oriented way
- Purchasing equipment and working with external services
- Setting up workstations and other equipment
Typical internal tasks:
- Software setup (install/configure/licensing)
- Equipment management (storage, sending/receiving the equipment from/to other cities)
- Resolving Networking Issues (VPN configuration, internal phone numbers, Wi-Fi)
- Inventory of hardware (assigning individual numbers, controlling the assets, amortization)
- Hardware fixes (laptop/chargers/monitors/etc)
- Purchase & Tracking of hardware and software
