What is required?
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Recruiting Lead, Recruiting Delivery Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, Service Delivery Manager
- Experience of work with KPIs and data-driven approaches
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- At least an Intermediate level of English
- Excellent verbal and written communication
What will be a plus?
- Hands-on experience with Kanban methodology
- Experience of work with “Recruiting as a Service” model
- Experience as a PM or similar role

- Drive and direct daily recruitment team efforts and processes
- Ensure smooth, punctual results delivery
- Facilitate change and continuous improvement activities
- Track the flow metrics and translate them into actionable knowledge
- Oversee the quality of Recruiting service delivery
- Help the team do their work right
- Increase delivery speed, shorten the response to market demand
- Enable the smooth flow of task execution
- Eliminating blockers
- Encourage teams to make data-driven delivery forecasts
- Live and breathe with the desire for achieving excellence
- Organize team training when needed
