Challenge
The marketing strategy and business model of Delivery Hero rely on the effective management of hundreds of external agencies and individual contractors. To coordinate these agencies and contractors, the company had to work with dozens of different data formats.
Solution
With the assistance of our designers and developers, Delivery Hero successfully brought its interactions with internal promotional agencies into a solution specifically designed for this purpose. This solution is FLY, a web and mobile application we helped create.
FLY integrates multiple data formats used by agencies into the workflow of Delivery Hero while providing a set of management and coordination tools to the company’s employees.
