MACH37™, the accelerator for cybersecurity startups
On September 12th, MACH37™, the premier accelerator for cybersecurity startups, welcomed AgileEngine’s CEO Alex Kalinovsky to present Lean Startup and discuss best software development practices for startups and product companies.
MACH37 goes beyond the traditional model of typical business accelerators by providing innovators with mentoring and support from an extensive network of visionaries, practitioners, and successful entrepreneurs in cybersecurity. As a co-founder of 2 successful companies, founder of 2 startups, author of the acclaimed book on hacking Java and CEO of international outsourced product development company, Alex shared his knowledge and experiences on best approaches on the process of software development for startups.
“We’ve already taken several cybersecurity startups from idea to a working product and working with early-stage companies is something we do very well”, Alex Kalinovsky tells. “Helping founders to refine and build their ideas requires prioritizing what’s important and coming up with a build-out plan. Lean Startup is not a panacea but it is an excellent guide that helps young entrepreneurs to succeed and learn from other’s mistakes.”
45-minute talk spurred lively discussions and brainstorming sessions that had founders bouncing ideas and sharing knowledge for another 40 minutes.“You got rave reviews and you were 100% on target!”, Dan Woolley who is General Partner at MACH37 comments Alex’s presentation.
