An enterprise communications platform powered by agentic AI engages AgileEngine to strengthen a wide range of digital solutions. Our impact covers new feature development, integrations with next-generation video conferencing hardware, UI architecture, CMS enhancements, and more. Today, these efforts support over 30,000 customers across more than 70 countries. This collaboration grew out of our successful work with a B2B video conferencing startup, later acquired by the client, where strong results and trust set the foundation for a long-term partnership.

Next-gen video conferencing and seamless device integration

The company’s platform brings together voice, video, group messaging, SMS/MMS, screen sharing, and document sharing, enabling users to collaborate securely on any device. AgileEngine’s development and design experts helped bring all of this functionality into smooth, performant, and feature-rich products that reflect the client’s brand identity. In the process, we worked closely with the client’s support teams, resolved complex UX challenges, and implemented strategic features and integrations.
